Our initial service area is Bauchi. Availability for a specific route will be confirmed when you share the pickup and destination.
What can I send?
You may enquire about parcels, documents and other eligible goods. Some goods may be unsuitable or prohibited, so describe your package accurately and ask if you are unsure.
How do I request a delivery?
Select “Send with Aika,” complete the form and continue to WhatsApp. Press Send in WhatsApp to submit your request. Our team will review it and contact you to confirm the arrangements.
How much does delivery cost?
Pricing depends on factors including pickup point, destination, package type and delivery arrangement. We will communicate pricing before confirming your booking.
Can Aika collect my parcel?
You can request a pickup. We will confirm availability for your location and preferred time before scheduling it.
Can I choose a pickup date and time?
Yes. The request form lets you state your preferred date and time, subject to operational availability.
Do you deliver for businesses?
Yes, you can make enquiries about business dispatch, customer-order deliveries and recurring arrangements.
Can I track my delivery online?
Not yet. Online tracking is a future feature. Contact our team directly for an update on an agreed delivery.
What if my destination is outside your service area?
Share the locations with our team. We will let you know whether a route is currently available.
