How this website handles delivery requests
This initial version of the Aika Express website uses a browser-based form. When you complete a form and select “Continue to WhatsApp,” your browser prepares a message containing the details you entered. The website itself does not maintain a delivery-booking database or store form submissions on a server.
Your information is only sent to Aika Express through WhatsApp if you choose to send the prepared message in WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own service practices and privacy terms also apply.
Information you may choose to share
You may provide names, telephone numbers, pickup and delivery addresses, recipient contact details, package descriptions, preferred schedules, and any additional information needed to discuss your request. Business and contact enquiries may include business names, contact details and enquiry messages.
Why the information is requested
Aika Express asks for this information so the team can review your enquiry, check service availability, discuss pricing, coordinate an agreed delivery, and communicate with relevant parties involved in the request.
Sharing and storage after you send
When you communicate with Aika Express using WhatsApp, email or telephone, those interactions may be handled by Aika Express personnel involved in the service. Specific internal retention periods, security arrangements, third-party processors and procedures for privacy requests still need to be documented by the business.
Other website services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve connections to Google's services. Hosting and security-related technical data may be processed by Cloudflare. This initial site does not contain advertising pixels or a customer-account system.
